Service production

For each job, the UNI EN ISO 17100:2015 certified process involves the use of 3 Specialised Native Speaker Professionals (Translator, Reviser and Final Verifier) selected by the Human Resources Manager and coordinated by a dedicated Project Manager (PM).
The Client can contact the Project Manager, named by the Production Manager, for any help or information needed while the work is being carried out.

The main aim of service production is to guarantee delivery of the document with translation and layout of the expected quality, in the agreed times and with complete transparency in terms of costs.
We take the utmost care at every stage of the production process:

  • First contact: we listen carefully to requirements and instructions.
  • Quote: supplied within 24 hours, includes: a description of the work required, counting statistics, delivery times, service costs, conditions of payment.
  • Job management: The PM analyses the documents and, together with the Human Resources Manager, assigns the translations to the most suitable professional. He passes on Client instructions, monitors deadlines and coordinates the workers involved.
  • Delivery: when the work is complete, the PM checks its quality and delivers it in accordance with the deadlines and methods agreed. He archives a copy to allow for any future modifications/additions to the translation.
  • Client feedback: working closely with Clients is very important to ensuring an excellent service. Your feedback allows us to confirm new terminology and to expand your glossary.
